Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through this website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Our catalog consists of dietary supplements, ingestible formulas, sterile research supplies, and personal use devices. Once these products leave our facility we cannot verify how they have been stored or handled, so they cannot be restocked, resold, or returned to inventory. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of every product we ship.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders begin processing as soon as checkout is completed and cannot be canceled, combined, or modified afterward. Please review your items, quantities, shipping address, and payment details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or containing an item you did not order, email info@arginetix.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be reviewed.

Approved claims are resolved by shipping a replacement of the affected item. Replacement is the only remedy offered and is provided at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks a shipment as delivered, responsibility for that package transfers to the customer. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused at delivery, or that are returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, are not eligible for a refund of the product price or of any shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Unauthorized Returns

Packages sent back to us without prior written authorization will not be refunded and cannot be returned to the sender.
